Byron Bay Gourmet Pie Factory
Category: Commercial Demolition
Scope: Demolished the pie factory and prepared the site for future development. We achieved a recycling rate of 90% and completed the job in 3 weeks.

Scope: Removed approximately 3000m2 of non-friable asbestos sheeting. The entire structure was demolished back to earth, and the site was prepared for future development. The project was completed in 3 months.
Cedar Park

Scope: Removed approximately 100 tonnes of friable and non-friable asbestos, demolished all buildings and structures, and removed all concrete and roads. We cleared the entire site in preparation for future development.
Watergoes House
Category: Residential Demolition and Asbestos Removal
Scope: Removed approximately 600m2 of asbestos sheeting. The dwelling and structures were demolished back to earth. The site was cleared and prepared for a new build.
